74Thecla Cabancala “Tillie” Cabigas, 72, of Wailuku, a former receiving manager at the Salvation Army store in Kahului, died at home. She was born in Paia, Maui. She is survived by sons Cornelio and Jeffrey; brothers Samuel, Sergio Jr. and Francis “Tootsie” Cabanting; sisters Theresa Howard, Agnes Lashaway, Carol Taute and Becky Jacobo; and five grandchildren.
