Survived by his wife, Lurline Wreath; sons, Kawehi (Jamie Perry) and Kawelo (Carrie) Kawainui; daughters, Kawena (Lawrence Coyaso) and Kawekiu Kawainui; Hanai children; Debbie (Dwayne) Gomes, Isaac & Patricia Dikilato, Cody Hoffman; granddaughter, Kainoa; grandson Kaiehu; mother, Alvina Puaoi; brothers, Manu and Leif Mokuahi; sisters, Stephanie Arakaki, Nala Palma and Nue Jerome; Step Siblings; Edward, George, William, Geneallan & Maryann Puaoi, Kapio Inoke, Nani Hill.
