Samuel Binyan Rubio, 86, of Waipahu, a lead pest control retiree at Public Works Center, Pearl Harbor, retired Naval Exchange security guard and an Air Force veteran, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in Onomea, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Faye B.; sons Clifford and Mario; daughter Theresa Cablinga; hanai daughter Angela McColor; brothers Caesar, Diosdado and Reuben; sisters Angelina Navarro and Rebecca Galios; seven grandchildren; and 15 great-grand- children. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Monday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. Additional visitation: 8:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 94-675 Farrington Highway, Waipahu. Mass: 9:30 a.m. Burial: 11 a.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Aloha attire. Flowers welcome.
