81Felix "Dong" Labenia, 80, of Waianae, a retired labor construction worker, died at home. He was born in Kawaihau, Kauai. He is survived by wife Lily; brothers Benjamin Lucrisia and Rudy, Edward and Fortunato Labenia; sister Connie Eby; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
