74Masami Sam Hara, 97, of Pearl City, a retired Hamakua Sugar Co. electrician, died in Pearl City Nursing Home. He was born in Clovis, Calif. He is survived by son Dexter I.; daughters Lynn T. Yamada, Linda A. Kauhane and Cynthia C. Hara; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Private services.
