Francis Kiyoshi Kawahara, 61, of Waipahu, an Air National Guard retiree, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Evelyn R.; mother Peggy C.; and brothers Bert, Dennis and Brian. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. Burial: 9:30 a.m. Thursday at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire.
