71Emilia Hugo Losa, 90, of WaiÂpahu died in Ewa Beach. She was born in Nabua, Camarines Sur, Philippines. She is survived by sons David, Jess and William; daughters Angie Vale Cruz, Juliet Picazo and Emelie Chang; 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
