George Dorland White, 73, of Hakipuu, a retired Marine Corps gunnery sergeant, died at home. He was born in East-Orange, N.J. He is survived by wife Ellen Jane, sons George Jr. and Dorland, daughters Kuuipo McCarty and Liahona White-Gomes, brother Douglas and six grandchildren. Graveside services: 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Laie Cemetery. Casual attire.
