Raymond Lee Hong Wong, 89, of Honolulu, a retired budget administrator at GTE Hawaiian Telephone Co. and an Army technical 5 sergeant who served in World War II, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by son Gary Higashida, daughter Cheryl L. Higashida, stepson James M. Reis and stepdaughter Stephanie L. Sheehy. Graveside services: 10 a.m. Saturday at Oahu Cemetery. Casual attire. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
