73Anne Sinclair Knudsen “Sinc” Bill, 71, of Koloa, Kauai, a tennis player, tennis coach and tennis teacher, died at home. She was born on Oahu. She is survived by husband Michael, six children, brother Eric L. Knudsen and six grandchildren. Services at a later date. Donations suggested to The Muriel Osborne Hawaii Tennis Fund, care of Hawaii Community Foundation, 4139 Hardy St., Lihue, HI 96766, to the attention of Darcie Yukimura.
