Charles Mitsuru Saiki, 87, of Wailua House Lots, Kauai, a retired Kauai County waste-water division supervisor and an Army veteran who served with the 442nd Regimental Combat Team, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. He was born in Wailua, Kauai. He is survived by wife Helen; sons Clint and Alan; brothers Robert, Jimmy and Clifton; sister Kay Terao; and four grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at Kapaa Hongwanji Mission. Celebration of life: 10 a.m.
