82Mitsuko Tokuda, 81, of HonoÂlulu, a homemaker, died in St. Francis Hospice Puiwa. She was born in Aza Gushikawa, Okinawa. She is survived by son Wayne M.; stepsons Shizuo, Henry, Edward, Ronald and Wallace; and stepdaughters Janet Higa, Barbara Arakaki, Elizabeth Nakama and Lillian Nakao. Private services.
