Donald Robert Cowell, 79, of Honolulu, a retired federal customs agent and an Air Force tech sergeant, died at home. He was born in Iowa. He is survived by wife Yoneko, daughter Deborah Pudiquet, five grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Committal services: 10:30 a.m. Monday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl.
