83Elizabeth Wood "Betsy" Polk, 65, of Kaneohe, a retired preschool teacher, died in Castle Medical Center. She was born in Boston. She is survived by husband Dr. Norman, son Christopher, daughters Lindsey and Chelsea, brother Dr. Jonathan Wood and three grandchildren. Private services.
