Kenneth E. Russell Jr., 66, of Mililani, an Army veteran who served in the Vietnam War, a district manager for the Food and Tobacco Co., and an Enterprise Car Rental employee, died in Kupuna Wai Ola. He was born in Portland, Maine. He is survived by wife Sandra, sons Master Sgt. William and Russell, daughters Lisa and Karen, and eight grandchildren. Private services.
