73Wolfgang F. Mayer, 78, of Wailuku, a retired executive chef and restaurateur, owner of The Pottery Steak & Seafood Restaurant in Honolulu and Wolfgang's Bistro Garden in Kahului, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born in Stuttgart, Germany. He is survived by wife Cynthia V. and sister Brigitte Hofmann. Visitation: 10 a.m. Monday at Nakamura Mortuary. Services: 11 a.m.
