He is survived by father Don Sr.; mother Anjanette Puha; stepfather Alvin Puha; brother Rian Puha; sisters Jaesha, Jaeslyn and Antoinette Puha; and grandparents Pililua and Antoinette Keopuhiwa, and Leilani Puha. Visitation: 6:30 p.m. Thursday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 7 p.m. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
