Cory Lee Johnson, 43, of Yamhill, Ore., and Anahola, Kauai, a sales manager, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. He was born in Portland, Ore. He is survived by companion Paul Spear, parents Max Johnson and Audra Merry, brother Jason Thomas and sister Kimberly Hale. Private services.
