72Kameaokalani Ku'uipo Patch-Tavares, infant daughter of Angela Patch and Joey Tavares of Kilauea, Kauai, died in Kapiolani Medical Center for Women and Children. She is also survived by brother Konanui, sister Mahealani and grandparents Loraine and Leo Patch, and Junedale and Michael Tavares. Services: noon Aug. 18 at Hanalei Bay Pier.
