81Pearlisa Ancog "Teddy" Potter, 69, of New Berlin, N.Y., a retired nurse, died. She was born on Oahu. She is survived by husband Gary; sons Duane, Jody and Terry; stepmother Sora; brother Jose Jr.; sisters Elena and Melinda; and nine grandchildren. Services held in Norwich.
