Richard Thomas Webb, 94, of Hilo, a C. Brewer & Co. engineer and an Army captain, died at home. He was born in Toledo, Ohio. He is survived by wife Jane L.; sons Mark, Dale and David Mattice; daughters Linda Howard and Martha Costa; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Private services.
