Frances Samantha "Frankie" Kvatek, 26, of Hauula, a Koolau Supercuts hair designer, will be remembered in services 4 p.m. Tuesday at Temple Emanu-El. She was born in Nashville, Tenn. She is survived by son Andrew Anderson, parents David and Portia, and sister Dixie.
