73Namiko Masaoka Santiago, 91, of Hilo, formerly of Hakalau, Hawaii, a retired Hilo Union School teacher's aide, died in Hale Anuenue Restorative Care Center. She was born in Hilo. She is survived by sons Robert and Norman Sr., daughter Marylou S. Abregana, brother Horace Masaoka, sister Chieko M. Medeiros, 14 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren. Visitation: 6 p.m. Sunday at Dodo Mortuary. Services: 7 p.m. Committal services: 9 a.m. Monday at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2. Casual attire.
