77William Pelekane "Willz" Konanui Jr., 37, of Pahoa, Hawaii, a federal Department of the Interior pest control worker at Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by fiancee Prudence U'ilani Cabreira, son Wai 'oluokekai, daughter Mahieu'ilani, parents William and Alethea, brother Wendal, sisters Carrie and Helena, and grandparent John Pai. Visitation: 3 p.m. Saturday at Dodo Mortuary, Hilo. Services: 5 p.m. Cremation to follow. Casual attire.
