Frances Watts Ching, 75, of Salem, Ore., died in Salem. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Clifford; sons Richard, Jonathan, Donavan, Mark, Edmund, Jose, Christopher and Robert; daughter Julia; brothers Jerry, Donald, John and Marvin; and numerous grandchildren. Services: 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. Sunday at Heeia State Park banquet hall. Casual attire. No flowers.
