74Christopher Jack Santiago, 31, of Kapaa, Kauai, a Cafe Portofino chef, died. He was born in New York. He is survived by mother Janet Miller-Santiago, father Joaquin, brother Mark, sisters Adrianna and Kasandra, and grandparent Aurea. Celebration of life: 11 a.m. today at Lydgate Park. A bonfire to follow at Kealia Beach in the evening.
