Robert K.H. Wong, 90, of Honolulu, a retired state Family Court administrator and juvenile detention center superintendent and an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Fannie L., sister Lily Choy, two grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Private services.
