Robert Terry Ragasa, 60, of Bonney Lake, Wash., a U.S. Postal Service mail handler and Army veteran, died in Bonney Lake, Wash. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Rowena, son Terrance, daughter Allison, parents Sotero and Caridad, and sisters Linda Dunn, Jayne Mondoy and Corinne Moya. Mass: 10:30 a.m. Aug. 18 at Chaminade University/Saint Louis School, Mystical Rose Oratory. Aloha attire. No flowers.
