Arlene Kehaulani Kakalia, 70, of Waianae died in Waianae. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Ronald Jr., Martin, Darin and David Thomas, and Timothy Kamaka; daughters Veronica, Alice and Kuuipo Thomas, and Elizabeth Pregana; sister Edwina Glissman; 28 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
