Russell Blaine Tiffany, 78, of Kapolei, a retired Marine Corps lieutenant colonel, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in Massachusetts. He is survived by wife Nettie, son Russell, daughters Kellie Tiffany-Tolentino and Ronnie Tiffany-Kinder, brother Robert and four grandchildren. Committal services: 10 a.m. Tuesday at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe.
