He is survived by wife, Patricia Smith; sons, Edward Smith, Frederick Smith Jr., Kenneth Smith, Ricky Smith, Henry Smith; daughters, Emily (James) Kaleopaa, Amber Smith, Marvis Lei Smith, Debbie Smith; sister, Helen Cordeiro; 16 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren.
Visitation 5:30 p.m. Friday (August 24) at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel; Memorial Service 6:00 p.m. Casual Attire.
