73Harry Akira Higa, 73, of North Riverside, Ill., a retired Standard Car Truck Co. project engineer, died in Oak Park, Ill. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by wife Dorothy; sons Shawn, Conrad and Matthew; daughters Martha Higa-Manzano, Naomi Mohr and Leonna Mote; brothers Dennis Unciano and Alan Omo; sisters Florence Basug, Beverly Doty and Fumie Ohmi; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
