74Ethan Powell, 78, of Haleiwa, a retired aerospace engineer, died in Haleiwa. He was born in Tulare, Calif. He is survived by sons Ethan E. and Roland; daughters Monica L., Nia, Debra and Louise; 11 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Services pending.
