Ruby Pua Keana'aina McDonald, 70, of Kohainaiki, Hawaii, an Office of Hawaiian Affairs cultural and community outreach specialist, died. She was born in Kailua-Kona. She is survived by sons Darrell "Bull" Jr. and Sterry "Dula"; daughters Timi and Jaelyn K. McDonald, and Darah A. Acantilado; brothers William, Stacey and Marcel Keana'aina; sisters Pearl Debina and Jewel Carvalho; 16 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. Celebration of life: 10 a.m. Sept. 1 at Keauhou Beach Hotel.
