Raymond Makoto Nakamura, 78, of Rolling Hill Estates, Calif., a Grace Pacific employee and a Coast Guard veteran, died in Torrance, Calif. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Guy and Troy; daughters Dana Hernandez and Dorcey Oshiro; brothers Tsugio, Harry and Susumu; sisters Helen Araki, Sumiko Nii and Gladys Iwasaki; eight grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Private services.
