CHASE EVAN ZAVAKOS
25, died in his sleep at home on August 2, 2012. He is the beloved son of Janice Choate-Zavakos and Clinton Zavakos, and the brother of Clint, Christian and Renee Zavakos. He was an adored son, relative and friend to many in Honolulu and throughout the mainland. Chase was born in Honolulu and graduated from Assets School. He then attended Wooster College in Ohio. A memorial service to celebrate Chase's life was held at Central Union Church on August 9, 2012 at 2 pm. Chase adored pets and them him, a memorial in his honor has been established at the Hawaiian Humane Society.
