ELEANOR ADRIAN GARCIA
78 years old of Pearl City passed away on August 19 at Kaiser Hospital. Born February 15, 1934 in Waipunalei-Laupahoehoe, Hawaii, graduated from St. Joseph's Catholic School in Hilo. She married and moved to Oahu in 1959 and resided in Pearl City, worked as a messenger for the Hawaii Newspaper Agency for 21 years. She is survived by husband George R. Garcia; sons Patrick Garcia, Michael (Lisa) Garcia; daughters Cheryl (Jay) Sylva and Charlene (Rick) Saunders; brother John F. (Andrea) Adrian Jr.; sisters Marian (Ernest) De Luz and Elaine Powers; brother-in-law Rev. Albert Garcia; grandchildren Jaizie Sylva, Shae Bryan Sylva, Adrienne Sylva, Ciera Sylva, Lichelle Garcia, Alisha Garcia and Nicholas Garcia.
Visitation 9:30 a.m. Friday, August 31st at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church in Pearl City, mass at 10:30 a.m.
