Andrew Insoo Miyashiro, infant son of Ryan Y. Miyashiro and Stacy M. Yang Miyashiro of Honolulu, died. He was born in Honolulu. He is also survived by brother Daniel Y.; grandparents Edwin and Jean Miyashiro, Vernon Yang and Song Nakata; and great-grandmothers Chieno Sugihara and Tamiko Miyashiro. Private services.
