DORIS MICHIYO TONG
Passed away on August 4, 2012. Survived by daughter Michele and husband William Shieh with grandchildren Jeremy, Monica and Philip; by son Phil and wife Mary; and nieces and nephews.
Born and raised in Hawaii, she carried the aloha spirit to the mainland that touched everyone she met. After retiring she went back to school and graduated college with honors. She was a devoted grandmother whose kindness, wisdom and patience will always be remembered.
Burial services will be held on Saturday, September 1, 2012, at 11 a.m., Valley of the Temples Memorial Park in Kaneohe, Oahu, Hawaii.
