Joe Niimi, 88, of H-onolulu, a retired Robert M. Kaya Builders carpenter and an Army veteran, died in Kuakini MedicalCenter. He was born in Fresno, Calif. He is survived by wife Kimiyo, son Roy, daughter Judy Kaneshiro and a grandchild. Private services.
