74Frances J. Rapozo, 90, of Lihue, a retired Kauai Surf Hotel dining room manager, died in Garden Isle Health Care. She was born in Pennsylvania. She is survived by sons Greg and Bruce, daughter Rosalind, three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Private services.
