74Melani Kuulei Hart Werohia, 45, of Honaunau, Hawaii, and Whangarei, New Zealand, a homemaker and an Island Breeze dancer, died at home. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Peneamine, sons Arena and Pumuka, daughters Kuuleialoha and Puuwai, parents Dennis and Helene Hart, brothers Kaleo and Dennis Hart Jr., and sister Evalani Canda. Visitation: 5 p.m. Sept. 15 at Calvary Community Church, Kailua-Kona. Services: 7 p.m. Casual attire.
