76Richard Gilbert Rother, 84, of Hauula, a retired Pearl Harbor Public Works Center truck driver, died in Kailua. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Angela, son Jerry, two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Visitation: 8:30 a.m. Sept. 15 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Hauula Makai Chapel. Services: 11 a.m. Burial to follow at Laie Cemetery. Casual attire.
