Alicia is survived by husband Donald Smith; neices Roxy Perry of AZ. Wendy Perry Big Island, HI; nephews, Allen Perry of Kona, HI. and John Perry of Honolulu,HI.
A memorial service will be held followed by a burial service at Hawaiian Memorial Park service at 10:am and burial at 2:pm.on Tues. Sept. 18, 2012.
