75Michael Lloyd Williams, 69, of Hilo, a general contractor, died at home.He was born in Portsmouth, Va. He is survived by wife Norma; stepsons Robert and Shane Cullen; daughter Dawn Ubando; stepdaughters Tinamarie Green, Lisa Santiago and Kaui Benson; brother Douglas Williams; three grandchildren; and 15 step-grandchildren. Visitation:3:30 p.m. Thursday at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Hilo Stake Center. Services: 4 p.m. Additional visitation:9 a.m. Saturday at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Laie back chapel. Services:10 a.m. Inurnment to be held at a later date at NationalMemorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Casual attire.
