74James Jason Olson, 41, of Honolulu, a contractor and project manager, died in Honolulu. He was born in Fort Meade, Md. He is survived by son Denim, daughter Satin, parents George Allen Olson and Barbara Kay McDermott, brother Allen Dean and sisters Dana Lynn Deane and Cheryl Anne McDermott. Services: 6 p.m. Saturday at Ko Olina. Scattering of ashes to follow at sunset. Casual attire.
