Joel Norman Mosley, also known as "Norm"or "Mo," 68, of Mesa, Ariz., a retired Navy chief petty officer who served in the Vietnam War, died in Mesa. He was born in Alpine, Texas. He is survived by daughters Wainani and Puanani, stepson Michael, stepdaughter Velma, brother Billie Neal, sister Ina Lou, 11 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Celebration of life:9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sept. 30 at Dots in Wahiawa. Inurnment:11 a.m. Oct. 1 at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe.
