Jon Phillip Lewis, 76, of Honolulu, an engineer, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in California. He is survived by companion Phyllis Furutani; daughters Debbie Takayama and Kimberly Kaya; sisters Cassie Wingender, Janice Johnson and Virginia Badker; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
