73Robert Eugene Dwinell, 76, of Kalaheo, Kauai, a retired U.S. Department of Defense accountant, died at home. He was born in Mount Vernon, Wash. He is survived by wife Marianne S., stepson Mark Thull, stepdaughters Teresa Willhite and Diane Thull, and brother James I. Services pending.
