Toribio Terry Gascon Jr., 71, of Honolulu, a former Hawaii Ecumenical Housing food service manager, an Army veteran and a retired chef for Rudy's Italian Restaurant, Catering by Angels, Henry Loui's, Chi-Chi's Kahala Mall and the Elks Club, died in Honolulu. He was born in Paia, Maui. He is survived by sons Tobias and Benjamin; daughters Teri-Dyn and Dorina Mae Gascon, Adrianne Terlep and Janine Tenorio; brother Larry; sister Theresa Greer; and seven grandchildren.
